Who is responsible for the data

The personal data operator is operator’s full name or legal entity, tax ID. For any questions about your data, write to email address.

What we collect on the website

The website uses no cookies and does not connect any analytics or advertising systems. Data leaves the website only from a conversation with the AI assistant — see below. Fonts and all website files are served from our own server, without requests to third-party services.

The hosting server may automatically record technical details of requests: IP address, browser type, time of access. They are needed to run and protect the website and are not used to identify you.

Otto, the AI assistant

The website runs Otto, an AI assistant — in the “Ask Otto” window and in the demo on the home page. The text of your messages and of the earlier turns of the conversation is sent to our server, and from there to the GigaChat service (Sberbank PJSC) to prepare a reply.

If you choose to leave your contact details in a conversation with Otto, we receive what you wrote: your name, details of your business and task, how to reach you and your contact, and a short summary of the conversation. This information reaches us by email and via the MAX messenger and is used only to contact you and discuss your project. By leaving your contact details, you agree to their processing.

We do not store the conversations themselves. The server keeps only anonymous statistics — how many conversations and requests there were — and temporarily takes your IP address into account to limit the number of requests. Please do not include names, phone numbers or other personal details in the clinic and dealership demos: they are not needed there.

When you write to us

If you write to us on WhatsApp or Telegram, we receive what you send yourself: your name, phone number or username, and the text of your message. We use this information only to reply to you and discuss your project.

Data processing inside the messengers is governed by the rules of those services.

Who we share data with

We do not share your data with third parties, except for passing messages to GigaChat and delivering requests by email and via MAX as described above, and where the law explicitly requires it.

How long we keep data

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to work on your request or project, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can find out what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent to its processing. To do so, write to email address — we will reply within the time limits set by law.

Changes

This policy follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”. When a request form and a digital assistant appear on the website, we will update this policy and state the new version date.
